Integrated how? Our approach to personal training takes into account the ALL of YOU: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. We integrate this information into the decision making about which combination of the various styles and modalities of training best suit you in this particular phase in your life, in your training.
We use, primarily, body weight training and functional fitness oriented equipment: medicine balls, physio-balls, resistance bands, RX motion batons, TRX suspension straps and foam rollers, including a good deal of sport specific interval training as well as, pilates and yoga style exercises that improve Range of Motion.
We begin with breathe work, muscle tension awareness & release work, and core muscle recruitment work to ensure that you have a solid foundation upon which to build. Then we can hit the ground running - or steadily walking, or crawling, or leaping and bounding, or high-knee skipping, whatever suits you right now! Tomorrow is another day. And it's going to be beautiful
